the phone works great and everything could be more perfect.. but I did forget about the 7 day wait to scan.. the walmart help desk and staff where friendly about my issuse..
Great Battery Life, Triple the Amount of Storage Capabilities, Comfortable to Hold and Easy to Use. The only negatives were that the charging wire did not come with the brick, and the head set hole is too close to the charging wire. I would definitely recommend it too anyone.
I love the fact that with this phone it has all the bells and whistles for 150 to $300 less than comparable phones. it was delivered on time, in perfect condition and as advertised. I love the phone it's a great fit for me and I'm glad Walmart was able to fulfill my order.
I recommend the Samsung A14 5G to people who want a good reliable phone with a decent amount of storage space for an affordable price. Its Samsung so just like their tvs the screen is high quality and the phone works smooth and loads apps and etc. nice and fast as well. Has many features of the more expensive phones and runs on Android 14. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because its not compatible for wireless charging and there are a few bloatware apps that you cant uninstall loaded onto the phone from the factory, and they all pretty much have them but I thought it was worth mentioning. The only other negative thing i can think of is that the camera view on screen maybe isnt as good as higher end phones but unless your a professional photographer it should be fine. Also one more pro is that it uses the smart switch app to transfer your app data and setting from your old phone to this one if you'd like too. It works best Samsung to Samsung or another android to Samsung but it will transfer some data from an Iphone over this phone, just not everything. Anyway hope this helps anyone who is looking for a good new phone and pay a fortune to get it. They are locked to each specific provider unless stated otherwise so just make sure you get one that is compatible with your provider or your goin to start service with the provider the phone is set up for.
they no longer include the adapter box. plus both ends of the charging cable are usb-c type which was not expected.
I purchased two phones from them online mailed them to my children. Upon receiving the phones they were told that the phones where not scanned at the register. i bought them online and have the receipts
The phone doesn't work. The screen is freezes all the time and the letters in the keyboard can be used, it doesn't appear or start to appear the same letter many times.many times. I can't use my phone I connected it 4 days ago to Simple Mobile. Can you help me, I believed I need to return this and buy another model. I'd used Samsung for 15 years and I've seen something like this.
i bought a simple mobile phone from Walmart just to use it as a paper weight. they didn't scan it right so i couldn't activate it and had to return it. don't buy anything from Walmart it's not worth the headache!
You sent a phone that doesn't work and refused to make it work. You really deserve no stars. Now you wont refund my money and make it impossible to move my phone number.
My buttons don't work to answer or hang up so I have to use the up and down buttons. And I am receiving many calls for so many people. Wish I could trade in.
