We use it in the laundry where "outdoor hands" are always washed. The sensor makes it so much easier to keep the area clean. When dirty hands use a standard foam pump there is dirt transfer to the pump - very messy. No touch has taken that mess off the table. Making the sensor pump worth the cost.
I am using this in my bathroom. I had to use the plastic primer item to get it going. BUT now I love using it very much. It goes nice with my fixtures. It is easier to use than picking up the soap or squirting out of a pump. Working very well.

I love our new foam sensor pump. It's so handy to have right by the kitchen sink but looks so glamorous--not at all utilitarian. I use a name brand antibacterial soap in it and use it regularly. I had to fiddle around with the different stems to find one that gave me the best foam, but got it working well with very little trouble.
Instead of everybody touch the soap dispenser, I love that its automatic, less germs
I like these soap pumps they don't last very long for the expense. I've replace them about every year and half to 2 years and the refills I still have issues with half the time they don't work. They just sputter even after you do everything you do to prime them. I haven't had to refill them yet with the new soap so I'm wishing myself luck.
I love all of the Simply Human products. I was a little disappointed in the new design for the sensor pump. The old one was built from sturdier materials and would have lasted forever, except I unintentionally got water in the charging port. The soap recepticle in this product is flimsy and has to be detached from the unit to refill.
I was excited about this hand pump, but unfortunately it did not dispense the soap well - even with the sample of soap that was provided - had to return 😔 Not worth the money!
Received two foam sensor pumps. Had one in the past that worked well. Very disappointing. Both pumps were defective and were returned. It is also impossible to speak to a human being.
Got a replacement for the one I purchased last year. Contacted customer service and they were great in sending a replacement because of warranty. Just opened the new one we received a couple of weeks and charged it but it doesn't turn on. What is going on?
