Solid wood. Easy construction. Great Price. I am using the cabinet for CD storage. I added additional shelves which allowed me to maximize the space.
Exceptional quality. Took almost 5 hours to assemble, but well worth the time and effort. Would recommend this unit
Perfect sturdy and beautiful.
I ordered this cabinet with some trepidation because RTA furniture is not something I generally think is worth the money, but I saw that it was solid wood so I decided to go for it. The assembly instructions were about average, bonus points for being extremely well packed and arriving in almost perfect condition. Every part was clearly labeled and instructions were detailed enough that assembly was pretty simple. The holes in the back of both drawer fronts were clogged with something (probably excess stain/laquer) that I had to manually chip out, and causing the cam lock pins to be difficult to install straight, but I'm pretty handy and that was the only challenge I had with assembly. I like that the back is scewed on rather than nailed in like some pieces. The resulting cabinet is lightweight and the wood is easy to dent, but overall since it's actually real wood I consider it a good value. The style of the piece certainly makes it look more expensive than it is. I added some film to the inside of the glass to hide the contents from view. 4.5/5 stars isn't an option so I give this 5. It's really a very nice piece for the price.
I bought this cabinet for extra storage in my bathroom. It took my husband and I 1 1/2 hours to put it together. We had to drill a few pilot holes but instructions were fairly easy. Love the look and quality.
Color isn't really grey but nice cabinet. Perfect for the space.

The color is not gray at all. I expected gray. We did not put it together because the color was more brown than gray and not what I want. I would recommend paying to have it put together. Comes in many pieces and I'm sure would take my husband a lot of time to put together. Hard to pick out from picture on line. Looks to be well made though.
Cabinet arrived with its most visible and flat part, the top, wrinkled and warped from moisture damage. The company, Simpli-Home, does not stand by their brand new, expensive products. They responded: "However, we would like to inform you that after reviewing your issue with our Quality Assurance Team, it has become apparent to us, that unfortunately, your issue can not be fixed through the supply of replacement part(s). Since all retailers like Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair etc. have return policy against damaged delivery of the item, they can offer you hassle free and timely resolution as mentioned below-Return
Too bad there's not a zero. This cabinet is awful. My husband put it together for me. We should have known we were in trouble when the instructions said something about pre-drilled holes-and there were none. Drawers don't fit. Shelves don't fit on the little plugs. So of course I wouldn't dare set anything glass on them. Cabinet is empty and shelves are sitting on the bottom while I try to figure out what to do.
