Bought to store Xmas tree but realized it is perfect for storing 6 x 8 table top game mats! or wraping paper with roome for bows %26 ribbons %26 flat folded wrapping paper. Had to buy 2 more! great price.
I bought this bag because of the straps that go all the way around the bag. That seems more longer lasting and easier to carry. I will know if this bag is worth my 5 stars after it has been stored with tree for one year in my out building.
This bag was perfect for storage of my outside holiday items. If it is a long item or wide item this bag held it all. Handles make it perfect to carry and store away for next year.
Previously we were just throwing a huge plastic bag over our tree in our shed to store it. After taping several more tears, we decided it was time to find another solution. I found this bag that looked big enough, sturdy enough, and easy to man-handle. We have a very full tree that is probably 6-7' tall. The 3 pieces fit perfectly in the bag. The material feels durable, the zippers strong, and the handles are convenient. The wheels make it easy to transport. It isn't shown in the pictures but there are 2 hooks at the top edge that we used to stand the bag up on the wheels end and attach/hang on the wall of the shed so it wasn't laying flat where moisture was likely to collect. So far we are very pleased with the purchase.
I ordered this tree bag because the box it came in was becoming a bit dilapidated. I figured it would be large enough to hold the 6' tree with no problem. Not only did it hold the tree (without me having to flatten it first), it also held the treeskirt, topper and a couple of random Christmas decorations as well. Seems sturdy and well-made. All in all? A definite win!
The bag itself was made with a little thinner quality material than I expected but it is doing the job.
The bag itself is awesome and even more than I had expected. Great quality and construction. Except....after packing our tree in it my boyfriend was going to put it up in the rafters with the rest of our Christmas storage. He grabbed the top handle, lifted, and RIP! off came the handle. He tried the second handle and RIP! off came the second handle. We are trying to figure out why on earth they would make such a nice bag with great heavy duty canvas and put handles that, well the best description I can come up with is lamé! I would recommend the tree bag if it weren't for unusable handles.
It says a 9 foot tree will fit. I have a 7.5 very full tree and only the top and middle section would fit . I had to use something else for the bottom section.
I usually never post reviews but this product was necessary so no one else wastes their money. The fabric of the bag is paper thin. The zipper broke as soon as I closed the bag and the hand strap snapped off when I picked it up to move the trees. Don't waste your money
Received with broken zipper. When package arrived it appeared that the item was already previously returned. The plastic on the cover of the bag was cut open. I didn't think too much of it because the bag was folded neatly still. I took the bag out stuffed my heavy tree in (bag is roomy) only to go to zip it to find that the zipper thread was unraveling and the zipper was falling off. Will be returning it. The straps seem flimsy and material thin. Not sure how it would have held up but I will be ordering a different one.
