It was very easy to install took about 5 minutes, the directions are very easy to follow step by step with pictures. It is easy to connect and to use . The pin pad lights up so it is easy to see at night. it is compatible with smart home devices and you can enable voice control or control from the app. It sends alerts when it is locked and unlocked for added security. Overall a perfect addition to SimpliSafe security system I would recommend. A excellent quality easy to use product.
I bought 2 of these locks for my garage doors. I didn't read the part about needing a single cylinder deadbolt. I had to buy and install half of that before I could install the SimpliSafe Smart Lock. After that all went well.

I also had to purchase the simplisafe security system to work this item. It was easy to install with no drilling. It included a pin pad for easy usage. Highly recommend this product. Great product.
Simplisafe Lock is locking well, but needs to check the lock after disarming base station as it unlocks it using the FOB.
Easy install but if you want to change any of the program settings go online at simplysafe to get the more detailed guide. The install instructions do not cover additional programming.

I didn't think I could have all-in-one without sacrificing some pros, but this lock literally has all the pros and no cons. I can have it set to lock automatically at prespecified times, get notifications on any unusual lock opening attempts, and so much more. I love my new added security and feel safer regarding my home and family.
