Easy and smart installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simplisafe smart lock is a must have, it's installed on our garage door on the side. It's takes sometime and patience to install it. Took me about an hour or so, but I was going slow. First time ever installing on of these locks. It's all black smart lock, comes with batteries installed on the lock. The pin pad goes outside so you can put the pin in and go inside it. It's simple and secure, a definite must have.
The Simplisafe Lock is easy to install with very easy to follow directions. I like being able to use a PIN instead of a key. I only whish that you could assign a temporary PIN with an expiration date for contractors or any body else that you don't want permanent access. To give temporary access you have to assign a PIN then delete their name and PIN after the work is done. I also like that it works with my Simplisafe alarm system. The instructions says to use the bolts that came with your existing lock. Be care not to overtighten because the bolts will protrude out on the other side of the lock. A couple of bolts come inside the box under the packing material, maybe they are not as long I don't know.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im so happy to have tried the Simplisafe Smart Lock + Pin Pad.The set up was so simple. In order to get full usage of it, I have to have an account with Simplisafe. So I am currently searching their packages.
The SimpliSafe lock is easy to install by following the included instructions. It looks nice and works with your existing PINs when paired with your system. Our only hiccup was that our keypad did not have “Lock” as an option to add a new device and did not offer any updates. A quick and easy call to SimpliSafe Customer Support fixed the issue, updated our system, and allowed me to easily add the lock as a device. We wanted this lock to use for showing our house while we are trying to sell it FSBO. This os a great option for us to control who can come and go and know when the house is being accessed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] . I'm sure this product works great, however, I never saw where it said you had to have and pay a monthly subscription to be able to use it. I had high hopes in this and after installing it I realized that I couldn't do anything with it being I didn't have the Simplisafe Home Security System. The description says it's compatible with the system not that it's a requirement. Other than that it's well made and love the smart features, it was fairly easy to install despite not having the security system installed.
