I've been using these for years---& have never had a problem.I bake cookies on them, & also broil filet mignon on them. The biggest tip I can give is that whatever you're baking or broiling, expect quicker results---so don't over-bake, etc. Cookies continue to bake after removing from the oven, so keep this in mind when transferring to a plate or cooling rack. The second tip is that these clean quite easily, unless allowed to set; I always rinse them & use a non-scratch pad with Bon Ami, especially after broiling steaks.
I am so happy with these cookie sheets. It has an easy to handle side. Non stick. Iightweght. Love it
I baught this a couple of months ago, In the picture it shows the exact cookware you've sent,but it actually wasn't . It was a flat without edges oven cookware.
This is what it looks like after less than 6 months of use.
