Work great for cake baking
We buy Calphalon because we know it will perform as expected, and it will last. My partner has been using ours for a birthday cake side gig.

The 8x8" square baking pan was the perfect size for my small meals. Unfortunately, immediately the coating began to flake off with the first use! It continued to degrade and I used it for a while with a tin foil liner and hand washing but it started rusting when water got under the seams of the edge of the pan. VERY unhappy with this product!
