Product does what it claims
I have many nights when I cannot get to sleep. Simply Sleep helps me get to sleep and stay asleep but I don't wake up groggy. Also, my doctor approves it as a safe medication.Tru,m
works but don't take more than needed I took 4 thinking they would not work and I passed out for 12 hours... yikes !
Best sleep aid I've ever had. No lingering grogginess in the morning. I take half a dose (1 tablet) and it works! I get a solid night's sleep and I get to sleep right away
I take this periodically when I have trouble sleeping. It works so well! I take it 30 minutes before bedtime and I sleep throughout the night. Sometimes I feel a little bit groggy in the morning but nothing a hot shower doesn't fix.
This has helped me get more rest than other similar products. So glad to have the help.
These help keep you asleep all night
Tried for the first time and it worked great. I have used Tylenol PM before.
I had bought this a month ago because me and my wife work off shift hours and often have difficulties falling asleep. On those nights when stretching and and outside noise doesn't help, we have taken Simply Sleep and not only does it work, I wake up refreshed and ready to go.
Tylenol “simply sleep” taken as directed, takes hours before it works or it doesn't work at all. Not sure which.
