I love this product! I fall asleep within an hour every night and wake up with a ton of energy the next day. I have an extremely busy lifestyle and simply sleep makes everything happen just the way I need it to! It's a good substitution of Trazadone if you cannot get insurance to get it for severe insomnia! I would recommend this product to anyone who has trouble getting to sleep and staying alseep.
I have used Simply Sleep many many years..do not fully understand why they took it off the market...it worked...nothing I have found so far has worked as well as Simply Sleep...please put it back on the market...people loved it.

Simply Sleep has really helped my husband, who takes it daily and, myself who takes it occasionally. This product puts us to sleep quickly with no hang over in the morning. We have been very disappointed that the store's are no longer carrying it. We would order it on-line if we could. Will this product be put back on the market soon?
I take this periodically when I have trouble sleeping. It works so well! I take it 30 minutes before bedtime and I sleep throughout the night. Sometimes I feel a little bit groggy in the morning but nothing a hot shower doesn't fix.
One of the best sleep aids I've found. It's non addictive so no hard side effects. It's budget friendly and the ingredients you can read. You don't wake up still sleepy
I had bought this a month ago because me and my wife work off shift hours and often have difficulties falling asleep. On those nights when stretching and and outside noise doesn't help, we have taken Simply Sleep and not only does it work, I wake up refreshed and ready to go.
It works. Not great for getting me asleep, but makes it easier to fall back asleep when awoken during the night.
I Do No Recommend this product, took before i went to bed and instead of helping me sleep kept me up ALL NIGHT - Worst Night Sleep EVER!
