I really love my sewing machine but I haven't had it for very long I got it the day after Christmas. It's very comfortable to sew with

I cannot review it because it arrived incomplete. The instructional video was not included, as advertised. Your firm has been most helpful in trying to obtain the video from Singer and when i get it I can learn how to use the machine and can review it.
Bought 2 years ago was an expensive machine to buy. Expected it to be a brilliant machine and it was until the stitch selector screen failed. Now it just sits there doing nothing! Very disappointing.
