I love my sewing basket kit. First of all it's obvious that it is a sewing kit. I love the sewing pattern material on the kit, the magnetic flap to keep the lid closed. The compartment tray and the sewing items that came with it. I can easily store it in my closet. The price was right too.
Lovely gift for teenage girl just beginning to learn to sew. Walmart had this item at a reasonable price when it was not easily available elsewhere and the delivery of it was very quick!

Although it looked nice and was of good quality, It was too small for my needs. One of the scissors I purchased wouldn't fit, so I returned it.
I'm very happy with the ship to store option from Walmart. I got it in time for Christmas which is what I was worried about and it was so easy to go to the store and grab it. Very happy with walmart online.
The basket has a very nice size but here are 2 things that I didn't like: the first one is that the kit it shows in the picture is cheaper or similar of those you can find at a dollar store... it looks like you're sew playing! and the second and most important is that the fabric of the basket has a horribly & humid smell, like it was storage in a very dirty warehouse full with fungus .... if the smell doesn't go away soon i might need to return it, too bad because I really loved the size and design of the basket... !!!
this was a bit smaller then i though and the thing you get with it are so cheaply made not worth it to me for the money
Niece just learning to sew, item comes with tiny spools of thread (not for a machine)tiny everything. Would have been better just putting together a kit on my own.
