I've used SinuCleanse for years. I think it clears my nasal passage very well.
Product is great! I used to mix my own, but this salt is fine textured and it works (dissolves) better. Too bad Walmart has gone up from $9.99 (2/2019) to nearly $17 (9/2019), though! I'll have to buy it somewhere else or go back to making it myself.
Great quality, great price!
