I'm 66 I use it to keep my balance in check.
Really like having no back rest, forcing me to sit up straighter
I absolutely love this chair. It is actually quite comfortable, but (thankfully) it doesn't have me slumped through three Hulu episodes as I used to do. My height is 5', and I am able to type comfortably on my laptop with a normal-sized desk. It IS somewhat adjustable via the amount the user inflates the ball. The base seems to be very sturdy; I have a toddler who loves to play on this set, and after a few months it is still going strong with no signs of wear. It moves around with very little effort when the wheel are not locked, and I haven't had any scratching on my floors. The only complaint I have is one that others seem to deal with as well; it is VERY easy to accidentally lock one or more of the wheels. If the manufacturer would make the locking mechanisms kick up, instead of down, this would not be a problem. However, for the value and price of this item, and the back relief I've experienced using it, I find this to be a very miniscule annoyance.
Easy to assemble, right size, very confutable and strong. Well, we are not heavy people.
Like the comfort and stability, really makes me use my core to keep good posture. Just wish the lock on the wheels was on the other side of the wheel, it is too easy to bump it and lock the wheel when i ,move and don't want it to lock.
conzz ball kinda sticky, rinse it. better to blow up manual till it gets bigger.. then use the hand pump. kinda looks cheezy for 60 bucks but its not. made out of the hard plastic kids toys are made of. cant see someone real large use it. I am 248lbs and its ok with me but I dont bounce hard. HATE the instructions. made for someone who can read ant writing. used common since to put together. OK, I like this thing. I set 2 wheels with locks on, so I can control its movements easier. I under inflated it cuz I have a giant BUTTTT and Im luving it. I can bounce as I do arm rounds and do mini ab forwards. OH my first time sitting on it my back cracked like holllly dang... just sitting. so I will slowly add the ball into my work out at least 5 mins at a time. I think this would be a great cool down item. Thinking about making this my movie night chair.
if I bought one for the office I'd want it to look better and have the ability to raise and lower. But for the home office, where I sit for a couple of hours at a time instead of all day, this is great
I love the base but am not able to get the ball to fill adequately. I am currently using another ball.
This would be fine if you are only 5' with a desk two feet off the ground. The wheel locks drop on their own and I've had to rip them off. I had to get a much larger ball for this. Just to get it functional has now cost new over $80
I was excited to find this product at what I believed to be a good price. I was wrong. The ball is so small it doesn't even fit within the metal brackets, and when I sit down, I am sitting way beneath my knees. There is nothing ergonomic about this, unless you are buying it for an 8 year old to sit at a childs desk. I'm very disappointed and am going to try to return.
