My reasons for getting this creatine supplement it helps promote muscle growth and increase strength. My expectation of the unflavored creatine is that it wouldn't clump up and it didn't which I was very happy. I like to take it as post workout I usually just mix with my post workout protein shake. Creatine is ideal for anyone or athlete that works out and is looking to improve one's performance.

I can mix it into anything and not taste a difference. I've been working on building lean muscle as well as rehabbing a knee injury, and I can definitely tell that the creatine is helping. Even though I'm somewhat limited in what I can do currently, I'm seeing better results than I was before starting it.

It's cheap, safe, and easy to take, and will help you add muscle mass. It has absolutely no taste. So you can a spoonful of it in water, juice, coffee or tea, soda, a smoothie or protein shake, mashed potatoes, whatever. It will dissolve and be easily digested. Personally I mix it with my pre-workout and drink it before hitting the gym. I can't speak for the “loading up” period it says on the instructions, I just starting taking a scoop everyday, and I have definitely seen gains from it. This product is a great value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying 100% Creatine in the unflavored variety and must say that its a good choice for mixing with other beverages. As it reads on the label, it does mix instantly. When mixed with something other than water, it virtually goes down the hatch unnoticed. I've even mixed creatine with milk. One thing to note is that the table is a bit misleading in that it states the bottle contains a "two month supply." According to the product label, a serving size is one scoop. There are 60 servings per container. The directions state that you should "take 1 serving twice a day." If you take 1 serving twice a day and there's 60 servings per container, that's only a one month supply. ...it's not a huge deal, but just something to point out and take note of. Other than that, I'm quite pleased with this product.
