The FX Mini Pocket Size Drone is a blast. It is easy to set up, the instructions are simple to follow. I turn on the Drone and set it down about 3 feet in font of me and it syncs just fine with the transmitter. It is easy to fly and the controls are easy to use. You will have a blast playing with this fun and exciting toy.
My 14 year old loves his little red drone . He said is kind of hard to maneuver it but practice makes perfect.
This was a birthday present for my 9 yr old G'son. He loved it, played with it all day and has become possessive of it. (why not its his) The package said for 12 and up... just you child has to have an ability to coordinate hand and eye. Buy it... seems sturdy too. Takes AA for the remote.
Wow! This thing is amazing. I expected a low quality quick to play, quick to wear out toy.... I was wrong! It charges quickly, lasts a long time, is very durable, and super easy to fly! Also, to my surprise it's a very nice drone to fly as you become more advanced as well! I am very pleased, would highly recommend.
This is a very cool drone for the price. It has so many features and can fully charge in 30 minutes. It has 3 speeds and can fly forward, backwards, and rolls 360. The coolest thing about this is the drone fits in the remote control. What a fun time for anyone. Will make the perfect gift and will be the talk of the party.
This a great mini drone but I found it difficult to set up and use. A 12 year old would probably do a better job than I did. However to get the proper instructions I had to go on line to watch a video and get clear instructions. The written instruction that came with it was difficult to follow. However after getting it set up and programed it was a lot of fun and the whole household plays with it. Even my grandchildren come over to play with it. GREAT FUN!
This is fun to play with but is hard to get use to the controls and speed. The blades come off when it hits somethings and the blade guard doesn't stay on. Must have a large area free from objects until you get use to the controls and speed.

When this arrives in its packaging, it does look very neat and tiny. Here is a list of what the manual calls the "Technical Parameters": It's Length is 2 1/2", the Width is 2 1/2", the Height is 1", the Charging Time is 30-60 minutes, it's Flying Time is Above 4-6 minutes, and the Remote Controlled Distance is 100 Feet. The manual is next to useless. The Sky Drone appears to have been made in China and the manual seems to have been written in a foreign language and then put through Google translator. Needless to say, the manual is in English, that is to say that is has words in English in it. However, it doesn't make sense. The drone, once airborne, doesn't really obey the controlls. The 4-6 minute flying time as stated above gets used up very fast so, there are a lot of crashes. The blades are plastic and come off all the time. This is a very cheap little piece of plastic and electronics. My 21 year old and my husband each tried this once. That is it! No one wants to try this thing anymore. I also doubt that it could survive any teenagers play time or scrutiny. This is a terrible product!!!
My 12 year old grandson was anxious to try this little toy drone when I told him I was going to get one. He, WITH ADULT SUPERVISION, charged it according to included instructions. The charging process was noisy. We couldn't figure that out. We took it outside for its test flight and it flew for a few minutes, came down, and never flew again. While in the air, it couldn't follow instructions from the remote control to roll, or go backward. It just came down and that was the end of it. Never would fly again. If I were more technically minded, I might have been able to look deeper into it, but my grandson was so disappointed, we just didn't try anymore. It was well packaged and had instructions that were easy enough to follow, but the mechanics were just not working at all. I don't think I have ever reviewed a product with just one star, but it just doesn't work at all.
