I bought 2-inch topper, twin size. I opened after I returned from my trip. Up on opening the vacuum sealed topper, I saw a huge hole all the way through and other few of various sizes.
I ordered 2 one of them one is 3 inches however the other is about an inch and a half I tried to write but got no response. I am still waiting. So I am not too happy
Received with brown warehouse marks all over the edges disgusting Should never have been shod won't ever order on line frim Walmart again
I have never had this happen. The packing appears to be something that has been returned- see photo. The pad itself is discolored. I will open it and check it out but first impression is not good.
This foam was truly awful. When we took it out of the box, it came wrapped up in plastic wrap and we could see through the clear wrap that there was a giant hole in the foam. We unraveled it anyway to see if we could make it work. The foam was all mashed up, but we figured it would take a few hours to inflate to the 3 inches it claims to be. After a couple days, the foam was still flat in most places and it wouldn't lay flat. We decided to go ahead and make the bed anyway, as we figured it would flatten out with the weight of protector and fitted sheet. We were wrong. Even with a thick mattress protector and the fitted sheet, it's still super bumpy and won't lay flat. Plus the hole was really worse than we thought. We will definitely be returning this!
Comes rolled (wadded) up in plastic wrap. Never actually flattens/smoothes out. I laid it out flat for 5 days to allow full time to flatten out and poof up, but it never happened. Tried to lay on it to flatten it out and it feels way worse than before! Like there are multiple blankets wrinkled up under you. Literally had to throw it in the trash. VERY UNHAPPY!
Looks like its been melted. Dont think it will ever puff up and straighten out. Has a rip and the color looks like been sitting in sun and bleached out in huge spots.
I expect 2" memory foam mattress topper. It came so thin, deformed and some holes. Its a garbage.
This is perhaps the worst item I've ever purchased from Walmart. Here's why: 1) it arrive with holes in it. 2) the edges look like a blindfolded 2 year old cut them with a butter knife. 3) atop my firm mattress it changed nothing - just as firm with or without. Don't waste your money on this. I'll return mine as soon as I can.
First problem - shipping box was severely dented Second problem - item was not completely wrapped by plastic Third problem - item didn't have same thickness all over Fourth problem - item was stained and appeared to have been used See photos. Not pleased. Will be returning! P.S. There were 3 other photos I wanted to add, but couldn't.
