satisfying and quick to make
For a diet food, this did not taste like one! The flavor was impactful, and the portions were generous. I have purchased these items in the past, and this is one of the better varieties I have tried. I felt like I was eating healthy while still feeling full when I finished the entree.
I'm always skeptical of frozen meals especially when they are supposed to be a healthy alternative. This was so delicious, it didn't feel like I was missing out on flavor at all! I also think that it looked pretty similar to what was on the front of the box which is shocking! The veggies weren't tough, they cooked up nicely and the pasta wasn't mushy. One of my favorites. Great portion, price is fair and easy to stack up the whole freezer with these so I can use to stay on track losing weight. Easy to make , taste is good and fresh makes perfect lunch or dinner that's not too heavy. I don't buy any other brand of this frozen dish.
I like that this had veggies in at as well as chicken. The meal was a little unevenly cooked but was still a cheap and easy lunch. Easy to follow directions.
For a frozen meal, this was a great size for myself and the taste was very good. It heat up evenly, unlike some other frozen meals that are still cold. There was enough sauce to cover everything. My kids, who are usually picky, even ate some of this.
I didn't love this. I think there are healthier options than smart ones and it's a bit soggy. sometimes it's the only option based on stock levels, but it's certainly not my first choice. not terrible but not fantastic
As always, frozen meals are good in a rush, but generally not the favorable choice. This frozen meal is alright. I wouldn't necessarily eat it because I wanted to, but more because I was in a rush and needed too. There's not a lot of flavor, but it's a filling meal that will do the job when you're in a rush.
I never really liked veggie pasta even though I am vegetarian, but this wasn't that bad. I liked to defrost the meal; add my own seasonings and sauce than server with a side salad.
Being honest this wasn't my favorite one. There are better smart ones food out there. Get anything but this, maybe if you are on a diet then get it. I don't consider it super healthy but it does the job
