Like most of us, I grew up using a cotton swab (and other things) in an effort to clean my ear canal not knowing that it was all wrong. I was introduced to this product over the summer and I've now been using my Smart Swab consistently for about 2 months and I just love it. I think this is a great product and I support educating more people about the proper way to clean our ears.
This thing does not get the ear wax out. It is so flimsy that it just want's to curl up on itself. It is also hard to get it close enough to the ear opening because the base is so big. Not worth the money.
