We recently moved and i used these to tie down just about everything in my house to the back of my truck. Several trips and not a single problem with their strength or length! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We purchased these tie downs a couple weeks ago and o my they are amazing!!! They are so easy to use. They are very strong and do not come loose like many other straps do. I would and will be getting more of these. We use tie downs alot and these are by far the best. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I frequently haul all sorts of things on my small utility trailer and I need to secure the load safely. These straps are ideal for the task.
These are my most used straps. They hold well and are very quick and easy to use. The only drawback is it is hard to initially feed the strap thru the cambuckle but that is only the first time you use them. I like them so much I bought a second set. Obviously they do not pull down as tight as a ratchet strap but work get for everyday use.
Works great on our eno's
I have a bunch of these around. A bag of them in my covered trailer, a few in the shop and 4 of them wrapped around the handle of the 30" x 60" cart so they are at the ready when needed for moving pro sound equipment. These are for quick small jobs, not a tight as ratchet type, but much faster to use and they have their place for lighter duty hold down. Great quality and value.
It's easy and quick to use Cambuckle tie down to strap down lighter loads
The straps work just fine, they have to be reverse threaded is all. While not obvious at first blush, if you thread from behind the cam head, a needle nose pliers or tweezers are handy here, they'll work as advertised. Maybe some instructions on the over-done packaging would help. Or better yet package them threaded as they ought to be and cut down on the packaging and help diminish the waste stream.
These Tie-Downs were really worthless. They did not hold any tension and I can' think of any real use for them except as maybe a replacement for rope. I actually think that they may be manufactured wrong, they were so bad. I would have sent them back except that i would have to pay the shipping
These release very quickly.
