[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ratchet tie downs are fabulous. They are sturdy and well made. They are easy to set up and use, easy to tighten and adjust when needed. They hold well, and can be trusted with heavy and big loads.

I use these in my truck-bed, a trailer, and on a luggage rack: for large cruiser type bikes, 4wheelers, 55 gal drums, lumber, etc. For bike tie-downs, be sure you see the "sewn-in soft-tie loop", as this model has. The ratchet type is far superior to the spring clamp type for remaining secure, but you should still check your load and the strap tension after a mile or two. It would be nice if there was an included, more convenient way to tie up the excess strap on the longer versions, but that's a minor whimsey. They are great birthday gifts for any family or friend who own a pickup or car with a roof rack.

Great straps, easy to use, especially like the soft loop design so it won't scratch things, Other reviewer gave it a one because of it's weight rating, all straps are rated by the breaking strength, with the working load being 1/3 of the breaking strength, and it's clearly labeled on the packaging, no attempt at tricking someone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far these are really nice. I have four wheelers and move things so I needed something that wouldn't bind up while strapping down securely. So far they haven't bound up but I also haven't used them in the cold either.

This really makes it easy to adjust the load size. I love how the Velcro strip is sewn into the tie down, so you don't lose it. I love the case for easy storing. I would highly recommend this ratchet set.

They held down all of our furniture and belongings in the bed of the truck and we purchased another set to secure items in our open frame tow trailer. The straps are very easy to use and the ratchet technology holds everything in place as tightly as you need it to be. I like that they are brightly colored so you can keep track of where they are wrapped around things or stored. I definitely recommend keeping a pair of these in your truck just in case. They have come in so handy for us.

The ratchet mechanism works good but the straps seem very narrow. They're good for what I do but I worry about testing their limits.
