Use to hold papers for the Main subject with room for the loose supporting document sheets without everything falling out all over the place.
We used to buy smaller amounts from office supply stores, but I was happy to find out Sam's has a much better deal in bulk. And they deliver just like the other places.
Great product. Sturdy construction. Easy to label. Holds all documents for our presentations. Easy to store for travel.
I use this product daily for various documents<br />& to store record retention items. At times I've re-used folders and they have proven to be very sturdy.
I use for our filing system for legal documents.
I work in long term care medical records and have used all sizes of smead file pockets for our records for at least 15 plus years these file pockets hold up so well it makes my job so much easier would never change to anything else.
These can be recycled just add a label, and you could use them a couple of times. they handle a large amount of paper, invoices, project information. Great organization tool.<br /><br />The color is not very pretty.
My only disappointment with this product so far is that it comes in a shipping box with no inner box. Shipping boxes get filthy in transit so you have to find another box to store them in.
I work at a law firm, recently we have had to purge hundreds of stored files in boxes. The Smead products have weatherd the test of time. They have done a great job with organizing files and being of good quality to handle many pages of documents. Some we have even been able to "do" the ultimate recycling (Which is--to Use Them Again)
