With the advent of digital x-rays and electronic health records (EHR), I was in need of a file folder in my clinic that I could use to store a patient's digital x-ray CD and initial intake forms (PHI). Regular file folders would allow the CD to fall out and the large paper clips I was using to hold the CD inside the file folders weren't doing their job. So after searching on Wal-Mart.com, I found a perfect match for my needs with the "Smead Inside Pocket/Media Holder File Folder" that comes in Manila, 50/Box. The media file folder also allows visible name labeling at the top which is a plus too! Now the x-ray CD's are snug inside the folder, along with the small amount of PHI I need to store. I'm very happy and pleased with the product, and would recommend this to any clinic who has to store a small amount of PHI & media on patients or for someone who needs to store media & paperwork at home.
