My first smoker so I dont have anything to compare it with. So far I am happy. It arrived on time. My 13yr old son assembled it in about 20 min. We followed instructions to season it and immediately cooked a 5.5lb chicken in it. Was juicy and flavor was amazing! Challenge is finding a covered place to set it up so when the afternoon Fl rains come thru it doesnt get wet. Otherwise I am happy so far. Only has 2 racks which is fine for my family. For the money I am satisfied!
It did everything is expected and then some, the meat came out better than expected and very good tasting. Try Cornish Hens, their great!!

The easiest instructions I have ever used. Put together quickly. Cured it then used the next day. Easy to adjust temp. I put a pork butt in it. I used hickory chips I had soaked in water. Meat turned out great!! Have not tried ribs.
Full disclosure, I only used it once so far, but the pork roast I smoked turned out perfect. It was easy to use and easy to clean. The temperatures staying the same left little room for mistakes.
This is a good size smoker, it was bigger than I had expected! Great product not disappointed at all! I just wish a mini smoker book would have came with it.
Works good delivery a little late ,temp control is a little tricky ,have to keep it on very low to get coil and temp to cyle on and off if you want a temp just. Over 200 .i guess if had the extra money would consider one that was more like a oven just set temp and go but i found through trial now where to set temp gauge to get what temp.just remember for a temp just over 200 its set on first two clicks on low.
I love the price and performance of smoker, need some coverage over heating element therefore juices can fall to bottom of unit and not on water pan and chip box.
Haven't used the smoker yet. But it was easy to assemble and appears to be sturdy. But the legs, once attached, do not sit flat (i.e. the smoker wobbles in its upright position). While this seems to be a standard flaw in so many items today that the purchaser must assemble, for the price I paid I expected the item not to have this problem.
After set up, we attempted to start the seasoning process, but within seconds of turning it on it would blow the GFI breaker. Tried multiple times, but ended up just taking it back to Walmart.
