I have been eating bread with my Smuckers preserves forever they are excellent ️
One of my 4 jars of Jam is licking, the cap on it is loose!
oved the 48oz size and is yummy, 1 Issue as we wrapped etc the id was uncovered and got out of jar all over. ost 1/2 cup or so but to hard to get another one, im eldery %26 no driver to get it sent back. wil try to savvage some. sorry it was tasty.
This order has serious problems! There was one piece of shredded paper laid on top of the glass jars and wrapped horribly! Whomever is packing needs to be fired!! The shipping company told me to watch out as there was something sticky was all over the bottom of this package. 2 jars of strawberry jam Walmart: Please replace as soon as you hire a new wrapper in shipping.
it was busted and i threw it in the garbage i would like a refund i cant take a picture of it because it is already in the garbage. thank you
The driver never attempted do deliver to my door. They went to the office and took a picture of a golf cart.
Shipped with another item, arrived smashed to pieces and was leaking onto my porch. This picture is after I removed the other item in an attempt to salvage it. I like this jam, put it will not survive shipping.
who packs a jar with 15 other items ruined the whole box
The jar was crushed. Jam and glass on entire order. Had to wash every item to get the jam and glass off. Pitched box,glass and jam. Received another order today and each of the 2 jars in that box was wrapped in honeycomb paper, and arrived in perfect condition. Poor packing. Cans and glass do not travel well together.
