Great purchase! Fair price I got a small one so I can clean my roofs too!! Battery life can go from 30 non stop minutes to over an hour. Depends how many inches of snow you are cleaning...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just in time for the New England snow my family loves. The Snow Joe Cordless Snowblower kit 15 inch is perfect for me or my son to handle. Not too big but light enough to move around easily. Easily assembled and the 48 voltage ion battery and charger works for a long time.
It was easy to assemble and worked well enough to remove the snow, but the battery charger didn't work on one side. It took nearly two weeks for Snow Joe customer service to return my inquiry, then they wanted me to send in the defective part for inspection. I expected more from a brand new item so I returned it to the local Wal-Mart for a full refund. I won't buy another Snow Joe. I've read too many reviews about electrical issues.
It's the worst product y have ever bought! Stopped working after 2 min of use! The snow was light and the batterys were fully charged… Never again the products of this brand!
If I could give it a 0, I would. It worked for about 10 seconds, LITERALLY, even though it was completely charged up. We plugged the batteries in again, just to double check that they were completely charged. We put them back in the snowblower & it wouldn't even turn on. It was completely dead. I will have to return it & get my money back. I will not be ordering another one!
So very upset and disappointed. Can I get a replacement? Ordered as a Christmas gift.Husband used once and now we can not get it started. Zero power even though batteries are filled charged. This was not an inexpensive purchase and now it does not work. Very upset and disappointed.
