I am only 5‘5“ and do not have long arms, so any snow remover I have ever used on my car has never gone completely across the roof, the trunk and the engine housing. This meant I had to walk over to the other side of the car, sometimes in 6 to 7 inches of snow to clean off the opposite side of the car. With this tool, it went all the way across cleaned everything off the car and left no scratches. Of course I had been clearing snow with items that did leave scratches so I had to look very carefully after I used the snow Joe to see if it had left any marks, and it did not. The other feature I really like about this item is the telescoping rod, which means I can shorten it when not in use, and it fits very nicely in the back floorboard of my car.
It arrived on time. Was well packaged and undamaged. I own a similar item and it performs well. This item was given as a gift. I'm sure it performs better than a brush. Will order again if I need to.
Used my Snow-Joe SJBLZD-LED during last weekend's storm. Moved 7”+ from several vehicles in minutes with no problems. Better than any snow brush I ever had!!
I had a minor issue with a snow brush of theirs and without question they sent out a replacement. Most companies hassle you about it but this company made things a breeze.
It works as promised , and the lights on it were seen from a distance , leaving me w/ a feeling of safety. The fact that it's durable , light weight , telescoping and the safety lights work vey well , are features you want in a snow removal tool and this snow broom does'nt dissapoint. TRUST ME , THIS SNOW JOE BROOM NOT ONLY IS A GREAT PRODUCT , IT ALSO IS PRICED LOW . A MUST FOR SNOW COUNTRY !!!
With 80 degree weather, it's hard to give an honest review on this product. I am sure that in the coming months I will get some good use out of it. I ordered 2 of these and one came with the scraper detached from the handle. With a little effort I was able to get it back on.
Love the snow Joe . It's very easy to put together I'm not able to comment on performance yet because we haven't had any snow yet to use it . I will send that information once I actually get to use it . The one issue I have is that it says there is a warrenty with it but I couldn't find any paper work for that , so if there is a problem what do I do ?
This doesn't deserve a star
The handle doesn't stay screwed into the blue foam part. The blue foam part it's level so it doesn't remove snow well. I never had the chance to try the scraper part as it cracked off the handle before using it. Worse $25 I've spent
The first time I used it it scratched my car apparently the foam wasn't trimmed correctly. On top of that the head constantly needs to be retightened and the lights are super dim with brand new batteries.
