I've tried them all. I don't want a lactose-free yogurt, I want a totally dairy-free yogurt that tastes great. It's hard to find until there, but if you add that I was looking for an alternative to sugar-free yogurt... wow! But there appears “so delicious” that couldn't have a better name! I have at least 3 in my fridge, I get anxious when they run out. Keep in mind that you can't find them anywhere, but I did my research and now I know where to find them. My pleasure.
I called the company yesterday re: sudden increase in calories in some of the yogurt flavors and was told by a very polite woman that it is a packaging issue. Something about the normal packaging not being available and that this issue is being solved and calories will be back to normal soon. I didn't really understand it but she said if I checked the nutritional info online it provides the correct information. I also like this yogurt and also have appreciated the lower calories so I hope this is all true. It's the only good non- dairy yogurt.
Coconut milk yogurt alternative Is unsweetened with only 90 cal for 3/4 of a cup. It's low in carb too and is a good alternative to dairy
Our family's favorite chocolate cake recipe for the last 60 years has 1 cup of buttermilk as an ingredient. I make this cake lactose free by substituting 1 cup of this for the buttmilk and use Carnation Lactose free evaporated milk in the frosting instead of regular evaporated milk. It's as delicious as ever, and I don't notice a coconut flavor to the cake.
I love this product and I've been using it forever. I'm a little baffled because this product has always been the lowest calorie. 170 grams for 80 calories. I'm looking for some feedback regard this discrepancy. If I've overlooked something, then I apologize. I've really tried to do some research before posting my review.
I personally think there's too much food items with sugar on grocery shelves. So I'm a big fan of this because I like to eat my yogurt with granola and my granola already has sugar.  good texture, good flavor, and friendly to my lactose intolerant tummy. Would buy again.
I am allergic to Dairy, and sugar makes me sick. I love this unsweetened coconut yogurt alternative which we call "Cogurt". I eat this every day for breakfast with blueberries, strawberries and shredded coconut chips. I am so happy to have something like yogurt that I can eat.
The new dark green carton says 140 calories and 49% saturated fat?? What happened? AND only 20% calcium? TERRIBLE change. This color carton doesn't say PLAIN anymore either. Used to be 80 calories and 30-35% calcium. Can't change to the unsweetened vanilla (white carton) because that tastes so artificial, so I guess I'll look for another solution
I had trouble opening it. Got 3 three cuts the edge is sharp.
Flavor is good, consistency is a little runny, but disappointed to realize after purchasing that there's basically no protein at all in this product. It's just white goo with little nutritional value, waste of money and now I have to go buy a replacement.
