I bought this soda system for my husband who loves club soda. He really likes it and uses it daily (2 years now). You can take the empties into Walmart and get a core credit so the canisters are cheaper than what you see on the shelf, I do this at the customer service center. It has been a game changer for both of us. I don't have to buy so much club soda and he drinks more water. Win - win!
As you see I used two tanks already. In all I bought four exchange tanks. I like using these tanks because I can choose if I would like to use little or a lot of carbonation to my drinks. The more carbonation the bittier the taste. I would recommend these tanks for freshness and to anyone who likes using soda stream device to prepare soda of choice with the available variety of flavors here at Soda Stream. As you see below I used two tanks and a third is being used in my Sodas Stream machine. I also have one fresh tank.
This is so much more easier to do than drive into a store and hoping they have my refills but they never do. The refills through the mail is so much easier and with gas prices on the rise it’s actually cheaper to have a mail to my house.
I posted a review several months ago where I complained that the refilled cylinders I had received did not last nearly as long as new ones. The latest batch I received does not have this problem. I am glad that SS has resolved the issue whatever it was.
It's a real money saver, is easy to use and no more lugging water from the store. No more bottles to recycle. The water is just the way I like it too.
So happy I could purchase these replacement cartridges online. I wasn’t able to find the quick connect cartridges in stores locally, and we really LOVE using our new Soda Stream. Fast delivery was great, too
Full cylinders were delivered quickly and empties were easy to return in the reusable box that came with return label. Return label had my address wrong and a new one was emailed instantly when I called. Happy with our soda stream terra!
Thank you for your very quick response. I now think that the bottle wasn’t the actual problem. It seems that when I push the front fill all the way down it gets stuck and I have to quickly take the bottle out and wack it to get it to release. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
After our last cylinder went empty, we had to buy so many bottles of seltzer before we got around to ordering replacements. I was hoping to find another family nearby who also had 2 cylinders to replace so we could save on shipping, but no dice. Spouse said he had no trouble installing the replacement cylinder. It was straightforward to mail back the empty cylinders too.
I received the new “quick connect” cylinders and they won’t fit in my Sodastream unit. I need the ones that screw into place. Why would Sodastream send out product that does not work in all units?
