Hot or cold you can use both ways, all at the same time not having to worry about being tied to a cord! Nice size that easily used to wrap various areas as needed.
This is THE best product for a heating treatment. I cannot fall asleep without it. Absolutely love this!!
Worked great !! Had to keep icing surgery area. This worked great ! Cools down fast. Is comfortable, cold (but not too cold) and conforms to shoulder. It was large enough to drape it from from to back which was really helpful. I did not use the cover. I am sure it will come in handy for other things. I have not warmed it up yet but will try that next when sore neck comes back.
This heating pad is a lifesaver for a kiddo with a virus. You can heat it in the microwave in 2 mins. It's like a warm weighted blanket, which is calming and promotes sleep. I wasn't sure it would work but went ahead and purchased out of sheer desperation ( I was willing to try ANYTHING). It worked like a dream. My child who has a virus that produced muscle aches and a rash was finally able to get her first good sleep in 5 days. Best investment in MY mental health in a long time. We will be using this from now on whenever someone is sick and achy.

Whoever designed this is a genius. The even distribution of weight with the added comfort of cordless heat is such a wonderful combination. Works great for back aches along the spine.
It's heavier than I would like. But I do like to heat it and lay on top of it to relax my back muscles. It's pretty comfortable since it lays flat.
So far this product performs well. When I ordered it , I didn't realize how bulky it was and the weight was heavier than I expected.
Described as "wrap" but cant be folded or wrapped per earnings. Thought this was different from typical pads, but it isn't. Disappointed.
