Choline is recommended to facilitate acetylcholine production as it is an important neurotransmitter, needed for memory and cognition. This product has been working well for me although I don't take the recommended amount since I'm trying to also increase natural sources of choline in my diet. It has no taste but the capsules are quite large.
I have only been taking it a few days so I can't give full review as of now. I was researching things my body might not be getting and choline was one of them.
My gynecologist recommended me this Choline for my prenatal preparations.
Choline is said to have many various health benefits. It also helps with my mood, and as a woman almost 40 years old, I've been needing to balance out my hormones, and this has been an excellent addition to my supplements. This is a good dosage amount as sometimes supplemetns are too much or too little. There's always a lot of things I look for in supplements before purchasing, and this one I decided to go with because of the timed release, trusted brand, and the quantity you get for the price.
Apparently choline deficiency is on the rise. This was flagged up in my DNA test and I've definitely felt huge cognitive benefits since taking it.
Choline is actually a great ingredient for pregnancy women and also baby's development benefit. I use as a daily supplement. Quality and package is great as always, it is white colour small-sized capsule, easy to swallow, no weird taste nor smell. One capsule is all my daily needs of Choline. I'm quite happy with this product and intend to purchase more.
I have read the it improve liver and brain function. After using it i may say that i really does the job.
Seems to the real Choline. I find very effective. Seems to help with general health, energy and outlook.
