These capsules are very easy to swallow. My previous brand was a huge pill which was very difficult to get down. I am so thankful I switched to Solaray.
so far so good. I've only been using these for a week or so but they seem to be helping. I have difficulty staying "regular" and these help.
I'll have to wait and see the effectiveness of this product when I follow up with my doctor in a week or so. So far it's easy to use.

The pill bottle and pills were hot. Not a good thing.
These pills have a strong odor to them. It's a familiar smell that I can't place but is similar to vinyl or something you would smell at Home Depot or Lowes. It's definitely not natural. It smells almost chemical in nature. I'm not comfortable taking them considering the odor associated with them so I'll look for another brand.
