Hard to find in capsule and time release at this mg. Ty Soloray ; )
Good quality and potency, with no adverse flushing effects that other formulations may have.
My friend asked me to buy one for her, she said it help her sleep better.
I like this smaller dosage 250 mg of Niacin since it reduces the flush effect than those at much higher dosage and it can be taken spread throughout the day with meals. The time released ingredient quality is good and very effective in helping me reduce the cholesterol level instead of taking medications like statin with its bad side effects. Non-flush Niacin does not have the same good effect. Best to take Niacin with adequate amount of food intake so that the flush effect is minimal or hardly felt. It is not easy to find Niacin capsules at this lower dosage. I highly recommend this brand.
I consume Vitamin B3 daily, in two forms (also inositol), to keep my arteries clean, among other health benefits. I take it after a meal, to reduce likelihood of a flush - no risk - just inconvenient. Nothing unique about this product other than that it is offered for a decent price

It gives me really strong flash right away it's not timed release I couldn't take it anymore
Can be useful for lowering cholesterol and lower bp as a vasodialator. This products time release sucks badly. TOO HOT. Wow. Takes your head right off & you look like bozo the red faced clown. AVOID
Horrible flushing 30 minutes after taking. Feels like the time release is all at once instead of spaced out.
Not happy, surprised there is fructose in the vitamin C and in general not satisfied
