I chose this selenium by Solaray because I've had positive experience with Solary products but, although the price was remarkably reasonable, this particular formula of selenium isn't truly as easily completely assimilable as a food -sourced formula is.

the quality of this selenium is correct and suitable for daily use if you have deficiency in selenium levels , the size of the pill is confortable to swallow and the ingredients look correct to me. selenium has so many benefits on hair energy levels and on our skin , so if u have dull skin or hair selenium is one of the main antioxydants to consider as the price of this one is really correct.
