Love the convenience. Set-up felt purposely cumbersome to force purchase of assistance option. The box tends to lose signal more than we'd like. Only picks up AT%26T %26 T-Mobile so far. And sometimes it overheats, so never leave plugged in unattended. Seems to occasionally throttle if multiple devices connected at same time. Minus all negatives it's a decent option for mobile internet or internet in areas broadband is not available.
