Can't find one thing to complain about. Install was simple, sprayer works great, looks very nice, and the lever/handle works effortlessly. Yes, it has a black sprayer, but it's not a big deal. If they offered a chrome one, it would probably cost more. So, for about $40 vs. same quality but higher cost at home improvement stores, it's a steal in my opinion.
Nice basic faucet for the money. Was easy to install. The only think I didnt really like was the black spayer. I would have paid another dollar to have it faux chrome vs the black. Dont forget to pick up the supply lines. If you have a house 20 years old or less you probably need 1/2in IPS to 3/8 compression fitting. They had some nice steel braided lines for less than 6 bucks in the same aisle.
This is a nice low cost solution. Competitors have limited low cost solutions and $100.00 faucets are not always an option in a remodel
don't follow the manufacturer's installation instructions for the faucet or you will have problems, they're backwards. if you're re-using the old feeder hoses, then turn off the valves and disconnect the hoses from the hot and cold water supply first. note which is the hot and cold supply by marking them with a permanent marker or colored twist tie. put loc-tite thread adhesive on the threaded rod opposite the phillips screwdriver end. insert the threaded rod into the correct left side receptacle that matches your sink top hole pattern and tighten as far as it will go, don't over tighten. put two turns of teflon tape around the threaded brass fittings on the faucet base then connect all the hoses to the base at once. tighten the hose connections with two wrenches, using one to hold on to the fitting in order to prevent the brass tube from twisting as you tighten. this is important or you might tear or crimp the thin brass tubes at the faucet base by twisting them around. remove the sprayer nozzle from the end of its hose by unscrewing it, then remove the metal clip with a pliers and slide the large plastic mounting nut and sprayer hose gasket fittings off the end of the hose. put these in a safe place and remember the order they went on. enlarge the sink openings with a file or power drill grinder bit to let the sprayer mount and triple hose fittings pass through easily. glue the plastic mounting plate to the sink with silicone adhesive and let set. feed all three hoses through the sink top center opening and fasten the faucet base to the mounting plate from underneath the sink with the plastic mounting nuts. hand tighten these, don't over do it. now connect the feeder hoses to the correct hot and cold water supply connections, left hose to hot, right hose to cold, don't over tighten. push the loose end of the sprayer hose underneath the sink up through the right side sink top opening and re-attach sprayer gaskets, metal clip, and sprayer nozzle. you're good to go!
The only two complaints I have with the product are the valve in not centered in the housing making the off position at 7:30 O'clock instead of 6, and the spray handle must be shaken to rid it of retained water after use to avoid water dripping down the feed hose into the cabinet below
