But Dreyfus soon finds out that, yes, Gambrelli is indeed the illegitimate son of Inspector Clouseau! And when the news hits, Gambrelli, armed with a new rank and new name - Jacques Clouseau, Jr. - takes over the case of the kidnapped princess, wreaking havoc every step of the way.
