Great TV! I had this kind before so thought I'd do it again. Has been a long time since I bought a TV so was a little overwhelmed by the smart TV. With a little help with the setup, I'm good to go!
I bought this television a few days ago. Since turning the television on, my experience has been a true pleasure. The picture and colors are nothing short of amazing. The picture is so natural that it feels like you are there. I am currently watching a baseball game and you couldn't get any closer to the field unless you went to the game and sat in the first row. The sound is also a huge benefit with this television. I do not have any speakers hooked up outside of this television, yet it seems like I am in a theater, as the sound projects itself very well. This television was a bit pricier with comparable models from LG and Samsung, however I believe the extra cost in price is really made up in quality.
This tv is amazing!!!! Better than anything in most stores!!! Yes it is more expensive than what's in there stores but you get what you pay for!!!!! This tv has get back. lighting. The color is gorgeous. I made a great decision to buy this tv over others.
I only buy Sony Tv's and I really love this one. Its my first 4k and google assistant tv. Def going to need to learn the voice commands because it isn't getting it right. Picture is brilliant as always. I was surprised by the regular speaker sound, it actually sounds pretty good.
This TV has been AWESOME since May, but all of a sudden the screens are fuzzy. Not the menus but the pictures. Google tells me main board. But I can't figure out how to find product service anywhere and having bought it online at Walmart there isn't even a receipt, FRUSTRATING
why do I need the stress of turning the TV on all sides to try and find the serial number. Why have a line in blue saying location of serial number and it does nothing. serial number on receipt, NO! you got a number off the box, I have no idea what it is??
I bought two of these TVs good picture quality yes. Still have an issue with one that goes on with tv number 2, called Sony and tech support in India told me that this is normal the two remote controls will control my two TVs, not good for me, need to unplug tv2 from outlet while I use tv number one, if I knew this never would it buy two Sony TVs. Anyways now I stuck and keep running upstairs to unplug the tv from the electrical outlet if I forget to unplug it night before. Thank you, Sony.
This TV lacks deep blacks even at max settings. Blacks look more dark gray than black. This is a 60hz native panel and I find the motion effects to be poor compared to a Samsung I have with a 120hz native panel. Guide is good and allows you to incorporate OTA stations with other stations like Pluto, etc. Remote is classic Sony. Brightness on HDR is ok but not great. Very good vertical and horizontal viewing angles. Uses a brick for power instead of just a cord. In my view this TV is only fair to average but to the higher end of the price scale.
Its been only 3 months and power failure and sony customer support said needed to replace parts for it luckily happened with in one year warranty so I would sugeest to get extended warranty on Sony device cuz with in year Ive witnessed two Sony TV had problem.
TV was delivered with a broken screen. It was obvious this TV had been repackaged and sent broken as the screen was shattered right where heavy Styrofoam was protecting it. I boxed it back up with a note inside that said "this TV was shipped broken". I hope none of you that order this TV find that note, but if you do, now you know it has probably been re-shipped multiple times. Also I contacted Walmart support about having the TV picked up for the return as it is heavy. I was told that it wasn't possible, they don't offer pickup. Well after contact USPS, I learned differently, USPS does pickup. The TV was picked up within a day or two.
