Did not work, card not activated

I purchased a new play station card for my son for Valentine's Day. When he opened it to add the funds, it didn't work. I called Play Station and get said card wasn't activated. Now, I'm in the process of providing proof I paid for item and it didn't work. I'm very unhappy. I'll never order another play station card from this seller. Or any period

Went to redeem the $10 gift card that I just bought and had to pay a $7 tax just to get here from walmart and it didn't work. "No longer valid," since I just go this thing I find this pretty ridiculous. This all feels like a massive scam from Walmart. Next time I get something, I'm just gonna get it in person because this is dumb.

Bought my granddaughter a $100 card and a PS 5. When she tried to use the card it kept saying it was invalid. I contacted the store and they said it was non refundable and my issue was with Sony. I called Sony for 2 days before I got a human and they said that they could see the card but it hadn't been purchased yet. I went back to the store and they said if they ran it through a register it would make their drawer short. I told them I felt robbed and went home. That just didn't sit right with me so I went back again to the store and asked for someone to reason with me why I had the physical card, the receipt showing the card purchase, and a case number from Sony saying the card wasn't activated and still couldn't get them to activate it or give me another usable card? Finally a supervisor said just give me a new card and she would take care of the over ring. I shop with Walmart excessively and I believe I should be compensated with an apology and a gift card or another PlayStation card for the gas for several trips to the store because I Live in Forrest City but the purchase was in Wynne. Also I was embarrassed because the first encounter with workers was that I “must've picked it up thinking it would work without paying for it “ until I produced the receipt and matching card. Mind you I was still sent home with no compensation.

I bought this for a gift. The gift card didn't work. I called Walmart, they said to call Sony as they have to fix it. I called Sony they said walmart has to fix it. After a month of going back and forth between Walmart and Sony, I was told to file a police report and call the bank to report fraud and cancel the transaction. horrible customer service on both ends and Im still out my money.

We were told that delivery was on our front porch. We picked it up open the outside package. Everything on the inside literally have been mutilated the gift card included. It was a birthday gift for my grandson. I was too embarrassed to even get onto him. I would not order these online.
