This supplement has proved itself. I no longer have to take blood pressure tablets. I have been on this supplement for many months and continue to have great blood pressure readings.

I've been taking L-Theanine to iron out any jitters from caffeine consumption. It's a great way to relax with many other benefits. There's no taste making it easy to consume and incorporate into any diet regime with its small size capsule.
It's the only product that we could find as a tablet which is great as it's for our daughter (as per Naturopathic doctor recommendation) and being a tablet it can be cut in half easily as opposed to capsule.
