A great source of zinc with added copper. Zinc is a very important mineral for men as they age.
Great formula to get two necessary nutrients. Continuing to order.
This looks like an ideal formula for zinc. Zinc in the methionine form is the most absorbable. The 300 mcg of copper is about the right amount to prevent depletion. Some other brands include more than 3 times as much copper, but that may be too much.
Ive been taking this for over a year and like it very much.
I have used these for years to fight colds/flu and the onset of those. Maybe it's psychological but if so it's cheap therapy. I think this is a different form of zinc.
I don’t know if it is the placebo effect, but I do notice a slight difference. My hair and nails seem to be healthier. I might be crazy, but I think my libido has improved somewhat significantly. (I’m 52). I have not been able to go to the gym since I bought these (unrelated event), so I can’t comment on the “recovery” effect.
