I've been consistently using this supplement for a while, and it's proven highly effective for me. Occasionally, when I miss a few days, I can noticeably feel the difference. It provides the energy I desire and enhances my skin texture. The only drawback is the slightly large tablet size, but fortunately, it's just one tablet a day.
High dosage with great ingredient and quality. My skin is getting softer and smoother after taking it. I am getting better sleep after taking it with magnesium glycinate. Although the tablet is a bit large but I can still manage it. Good value for money for a bottle of 100 which can last for more than 3 months. Highly recommend this product to anyone who wants better skin and sleep.
mild relief after taking less than 1 week ... extreme pain to left knee and could barely walk ... am taking this along with liposomal vitamin C 1000 mg and the pain has subsided to the point im not having to pop pain meds daily and mind you this has been Less than 1 week. Amazing! will purchase again
I decided to try niacinamide after someone remarked that their arthritis pain improved after taking it. I seem to have noticed less joint pain, especially my back, on awakening since taking it (on my first bottle now). I have not experienced any niacin flush.
My son takes niacin to help with his mental health condition but this causes flushing and itching! He is trying Niacinamide as it does not cause these side effects, to see if they work the same as niacin.
I started taking this with the Resveratol and immediately started seeing the effect, especially my energy level! My skin started clearing up and I felt great. Did not have any niacin flush on me. The tablet size is Huge though! made swallowing a bit of a nightmare. It does not have any taste. I have recommended it to quite a number of people already. The only product with 1500 mg per pill, this makes it easy to take the basic orthomolecular dosage with one pill twice a day. I've given tis to hundreds of patients with good results.

Everytime i take this it made my skin clear and healthy. It also made me sleep better. The only drawback is the pill too large to swallow, you may consider splitting it to small sizes before swallowing. Nevertheless this supplement is good. Quality is great. Will buy again
I ordered it because I am B-vitamins deficient. I am taking it since 15 days and haven't spotted any difference. I will update my review once I have the results from the laboratory which might confirm that the supplement works for me.
