When my mats arrived, I realized there was a problem - wrong LOGO. Turns out is was my error, but you were willing to let me exchange my mats for the correct logo, no 4extra charge! That is consumer friendly!
The Michigan floor mats were even nicer than pictured, in fact for the first time in my many years of owning cars I have taken the time to make sure they get vacuumed at least one a week, earlier if needed. Got to order a set of the New Mexico Lobos for my son-in-law for his birthday.
