I love, love, love this. A good adjustable fit. And the cool temperature of it really works to reduce puffiness.
This was a gift for my sister since she is the nap queen. She loves it and says its a nice compress without feeling like her eyes are being smushed.
For dry eye sufferers, this is an affordable remedy to manage your symptoms. At the end of the day, before going to sleep, pop this in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Keep it on until you no longer feel the warmth, then take it off. I use it at night, sometimes during the day when my eyes feel dry, heavy, and gritty, especially after long hours on the computer (eye strain). As a warm eye compress, this is a good temporary solution for dry eye symptom relief. I've never slept with this on. Therefore, I cannot comment on how well this works as a sleeping eye mask.
Went to work night shift at a music festival and needed something to keep light out. Does its job and is comfortable. Have yet to test the gel side out.
I've used alot if products and tied alot of ice packs to my head and neck over the years. How I've never tried this one is beyond me. Best product ever for headache or migraine relief. Also the least I've paid!! I'm sure will be fabulous for my chronic neck pain too. I plan to stock my freezer with several now that I've made this discovery.
I needed a mask that I could use cold or warm and this one works okay. It is a bit stiff when cold but works okay considering the price.
Not big head friendly. The strap is way too tight on the biggest possible length. It defeats the purpose and adds to the eye and or head pain. Other than that it's great. I'm looking for a way to extend it.
I wear children's sized hats and this fits very tight. Not sire which side should actual be against my skin. The plastic gel bead side and the slick printed side are both uncomfortable. Blocks light and cools. Wouldn't buy again.
It feels awesome on your eyes when you first put in on. On the bead side your eyes will be all sweaty in an hour, on the fabric side it takes a little longer 2-3 hours. So if you like to put yours on to sleep this is a hard pass of your only using it for 15-20 minutes it would be perfect.
Made my vision blurry when waking up for at least 30 minutes.
