I thought only my three-year-old would like this. But my daughter and my son are both fighting over it. My daughter is 7. She loves it too. My boy loves dinosaurs but he is currently sleeping with this. The sounds are really long lasting surprisingly long-lasting. That thing hasn't shut up in my house for 2 hours, because my son has been pushing the button nonstop. It's not that obnoxious either.
Overall, I am pretty happy with the Spark plush dinosaur on a stick. The green color is a nice neutral, darker marbled green and brown scales. The facial features are really nice and the teeth seem pretty sturdy. The dinosaur on a stick is a soft, plush material and even the stick is comfortable to hold onto even though it's just a wooden rod wrapped in cloth it seems like. The toy feels like it's built pretty well and I think it will hold up nicely over time with proper care. I love that it looks like a t-rex dinosaur. The button on the side of the dinosaur's neck is easy to push and makes several dinosaur roaring noises before shutting off automatically. It is about 30 inches long so it allows for children of many ages and sizes to be able to play with this easily. The eyes seem to be attached really well, and I love the detail to the scales on the body, the nostrils and the stitching around the mouth. The mouth doesn't close, but since it is a plush toy, you can make it close a little bit with your hands if you wanted to. I would definitely recommend this to any dinosaur fan because it's such a unique toy that allows for hours of fun!
My son loves to put on his dinosaur pajamas and ride this around the house. It makes noise so he hops on presses the button to make it roar the roars and runs around the house making all kinds of dinosaur noises laughing and playing. The dinosaur head is soft and the stick is very durable hard plastic wrapped in cloth.
My son loves this Dinosaur. The stick is coated in "fur" which is great, as I remember slivers from similar toys as a child. The mouth is open with fabric teeth lining it. The dinosaur's head is plush, but the stick is solid. The music button is easy to push and plays dinosaur sounds. This is a perfect toy for dinosaur loving kids.
This is absolutely adorable. It really sparks my son's imagination! He is coming up with all sorts of noises and pranks with the dinosaur. It's helping with his vocab as he tries to pronounce tyrannosaurus Rex.. very very cute. This one also comes with sound effects! So the dino actually roars. It is hysterical Everytime. Cute gift. Nice fun for a crowd of kids. Very well done. The toy is plush. The colors are vibrant. It is a real treat.
My son loves this Dinosaur. It's so fun and makes his imagination run wild. It's super soft. The actual toy is very well made, which is great for my son who can be a little rough with his toys. I also love that it makes a noise when you press his head. I love when toys really push my child's imagination. This has kept him entertained since the day we got it. I would recommend it for sure.
Super cute product. My son loves it he said it's his favorite. It's made very well and it looks really cool and cute. It makes dinosaur noises when you press a button it's age appropriate but my seven year old also wants to play with it so we like it because it's a dinosaur it's also affordable so that's great would definitely recommend to everyone we like it a lot super fun toy
Many of us have grown up with memories of playing with a hobby horse. When I saw this Hobby dinosaur I instantly thought my 5 year old son is going to love this. Boy was I right. As soon as my 5 year old saw it he was riding it around the house and the back yard. We love the button you push that makes the dinosaur noises. My little guy even asked his great-grandma if she wanted to try it out. This hobby dinosaur will be loved for quite some time.
This is a dinosaur version of a stick horse. It is a plush material that is both mottled green and has a texture to simulate reptile (or dinosaur) skin. The green material extends the length of the stick. It has plastic brown eyes, embroidered nostrils and an open mouth with soft white felt like teeth. The inside of the mouth is red, no tongue. On one side of the head near the bottom there is a red embroidered red note which when pressed makes a dinosaur roar three times. There are no cleaning instructions but I am assuming it is surface washable only. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the battery for the sound. I can feel a small box in the front of the head under the mouth that is possibly the voice box/battery? You would have to open a seam to get to it and no guarantee that it is possible to change the battery. No cleaning instructions but it is probably surface washable only. Even with the last two slightly negative points since it costs $8.00 I think it is well worth it. My almost three year old grandson wouldn't take a nap without it.
My son is now almost five and he LOVES this lil Dino! I think it would get more play time if my son was a little younger (3ish) and a good addition to our little ones who have good imaginations. This Dino is very well made. The Plush is sew tightly for the hard core play time. There are many different animals to pick from but our fav is the T-Rex. One of the great things is the roaring sound it makes. There is a button on the side of the jaw that when slightly pressed will bring out a roaring sound doe a couple of seconds. Adds to the imaginative play. The sick that it's attached to is also durable.
