So much easier than minced a garlic clove. A tsp equals a clove and I use jars of this in my ethic cooking.

Spice World minced garlic, is garlic in a squeezable container. It is really good to keep for days where I forgot to buy fresh garlic or simply don't want to peel a garlic clove. It tastes delicious like whole garlic and can be used to make your favorite recipes that include garlic. Thanks!
This is nice to have if you use garlic a lot. Squeezing it in the dish youre making is a lotneasier than spooning it
Who has time for shopping garlic?? Not me! I use this product for all my cooking and its wonderful! Tadte great!! Must keep refrigerated after opening! Or it will spoil . To highly priced...
I tried this particular brand of minced garlic in my last order on line. I have to say that I did not find it as appealing as even dried garlic in minced form. It is certainly not as strong as, for example, dry McCormick minced garlic. I had ordered it to make chili and found that it was so weak in flavor I needed to use the entire bottle. When I buy dry minced garlic, even a small bottle generally lasts for at least three pots of chili.
