We bought this product half way thru the summer and wish we would have gotten it sooner. Great fun for kids of all ages and even adults. It was quick and easy to set up. I have a 8 yr old and 10 yr old that set it up without help. The whole neighborhood has flocked to my yard for hours of fun in the sun. Can't wait til next year.
I purchased this for my daughters 7th birthday party. The construction is solid and very heavy duty its quite big and tall. Setup is very easy. This slide has taken alot of serious use so far and I have had it over a month and it still stands strong. No real draw backs. Great for the little ones but I can see it not serving older kids that well or at all (pre teens and teens). The only draw back is that it takes almost an hour to deflate and its so big I store it in a wheel barrel.
I really am glad this was bought for the kids. They always want to be on it. It is not hard to put it together. I am very lazy, and if I can do it anyone can. Kids that have something fun to do, are good kids. "The kids even have a favorite side to it. They say the green side is the best. But first child on gets the ornage, solves that problem. "We say it is for safty reasons. Not as sturdy as I had hoped, but it should last for atleast 2 summers. and yes it does only take 3 min. to pump up.
This slide is great! It is a huge hit with the grandkids. It sets up easily and quickly, seems very durable. Other friends have had negative experiences with some of these as far as leaks and such, but this one is wonderful. It comes with a bag to store it in, but it is useless. There is no way it is ever going to fit in there! I recommend that you purchase one of those big rubbermaid tubs on wheels to store it.
My grandchildren realy enjoyed the waterslide. The material that it is made of is very durable. I feel thatit will give us many years of enjoymnet
We've only tried out the water slide once, but the kids loved it. It was very easy to set up and take down. Side note: I don't think anyone can get it back in the carrying case that comes with it. You'll need to find an alternative storage place.
I bought this slide for a 4th of July party of 200+ and it held up great. It was in use all day and there wasn't any problems. It does take a while to dry out completely and it's a large item to store but so far it's worth it. I just hope it works as well when we pull it out again next year.
This is actually our second racing waterslide. Our first one we purchased 3 years ago and used daily. However make sure you place a tarp underneath it as our old one wore out on the bottom from where the grass died and the friction against the hard ground. Also make sure you cover it with a tarp whenever not in use to prevent sun damage. All and all we love it but you do need to take some measures to ensure it lasts.
The slide is a great item and the children love it, however the quality is an issue. The day we set up the slide we noticed stitching that was not done correctly and made two small holes as it pull on the plastic. The holes where the childrens put their feet to climb up has a piece that was not stiched so it has an area that the air comes out. The top of the slide has an area that the stitching came apart about two inches long. I love the slide but the manufacturing is of poor quality when you look at all the stitching it in far from perfect.
Our slide had a giant hole in it where the two slides separate at the bottom. If it would have been WHOLE instead of HOLY, it would have been great. Now we have to pack up this giant slide and take it back. The only good thing is that you can take it back to your local WalMart...but have to wait for it to be reshipped.
