it just the right size for a 7 year old.
Grandkids really like this ball. It is a little smaller than a standard ball, thus easier for their hands to control it. With the diagrams on the ball it reinforces the "lessons"
Perfect size for my little guys hands. It teaches them the proper way to hold and shoot the ball.
good for child, good for beginners
I bought this ball since it was a little smaller and lighter to go with a junior hoop. This ball is great for basketball beginners that need a little guidance. My son is 3 so he is a little young to understand what is on the ball, but it is great for him to shoot with. He loves it and plays basketball everyday.
I purchase these for my premie newphews who are 5 but are very small in size. They are light weight, and cute but I was very surprised that they were not inflated. Thankfully we do own a compressor or I would have returned them. Are they worth the extra $8 ?? not sure if I would buy them again.
The picture of this teach ball was teal blue, my daughter's favorite color. Once received, it's actually closer to royal blue.
