[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are large capsules, and three is what's recommended per day. I hate taking pills. However, I really hate the taste of collagen, so it's worth it to me to get the benefits of healthier joints and skin. Collagen is definitely something that works over time, and doesn't usually show immediate effect. However, I notice if I stop them, I have more joint pain and my hair and skin are less healthy.

These nutrients are good for hair, nails, skin and bones. The bottles comes sealed properly and contains cotton and silicon pouch to protect from moisture. The capsules are big and off white.

Despite the relatively larger serving size (3 capsules per day), I can swallow all three easily at the same time. I love the ingredients in these and feel they're a great addition to my supplement routine.

These multi collagen capsules are one of my new necessities and every day products. I love that it contains different types of collagen all in one, plus hyaluronic acid & vitamin C.
I can see the difference in my skin after taking them for 2 months! I'm 61 and people tell me that I look like I'm in my 40s! My skin is very soft, plump, the brown spots have significantly diminished, and all the tiny wrinkles that were all over my face are gone.
Was using powder before and this is easier especially for traveling.

These capsules are a bit large but you can empty them into a smoothie or other drink. They don't alter the flavor of the vanilla protein shakes I make. The quality is great because I can feel the difference in a few days of using. Would definitely recommend.
I'm in my late 50's and discomfort is beginning at this point. My OBGYN suggested me to try this and I did. I started seeing differences in the second week and I didn't stop since then. My body feels more energetic, especially my knee issue is very minimal now, hopefully it will go away eventually. I highly recommend to women my age.

It's 3 pills per serving and with this big size of pills, it's a bit difficult to swallow them. But, with the combined benefits, I'll take my time taking the pills one by one.
