Easy set up, took less than 5 mins. Kids were loving it and then it ripped less than 2 hours after using it and party was over. It was a bummer and not a quality purchase.
This is an awesome toy which my kids have loved and enjoyed, but within two hours of opening it, there was a rip on a seam! Quite discouraged that such an expensive product failed within hours of opening it. The set up and take down are easy. Pretty self explanatory in setting up.
We bought one in August 2016. Four weeks later had a large hole at a seam near bottom of water slide. Caused one side of that part of the slide to inflate less than it should, leaving the bottom only partially inflated. Started a return in September since we could still send it back for a refund, but we had some personal things come up, and that prevented us from completing the return. So no return/no refund. The patches are not sufficient. At this seam location the kids knocked off the patches repeatedly until they could not stick anymore. Girls complained that seams in the semi deflated side scratched as they slid over them. Guess the inflation would normally smooth out the seams. Paid $259 plus tax that summer. Would love to have had more use from it, esp at that price, kids enjoyed the few weeks it lasted. Girls that used it were all petite, ages 2.5-7 yrs. It didn't even come close to weight capacities or abuse of use. Just saying, buy with precaution. We tried to resurrect it this week with hot temps but no good; quickly recalled why it was going back last year.
The seam ripped wide open after 1 use.
We purchased this slide despite the reviews on the website. Well after 2 hours of my son's party the seams of the end of the slide came part, which turned a huge hole. We loved the product, but the quality of the slide is terrible.
I purchased this item for my grandkids and after receiving it and putting it together, the water line hose when packaged was severely crimped and after the hookup to the hose the clear water line split wide open,which made the product not to work very well and also the material on the slide was ripped wide open at the seamline. Now after sending it back for a replacement, it arrived with the water hose line severely crimped again, in fact more so than the first one and now this one isn't working to well either. Very dissapointed with this product, not to mention the inconvenience as well as the dissapointment of the kids. Not recommendable for further purchases.
After waiting 16 days for this item to come in it only lasted 2 days before it had a huge hole in the seams of the slide where it can not be fixed. On the first time of airing it up you could feel the air leaking in several spots in the seams. Do not waste your money
